My Contribution
As a consultant I performed many services such as design management, technical document review, change order review and evaluation, construction oversight, design review, and contract evaluation/negotiation.
The projects ranged from single-family country houses to apartment/loft/Co-op conversions including custom furniture design.
I have also advised co-op boards and building management agents on capital projects and planning.
