Who I am:
A senior development and capital project leader with 20+ years of experience delivering mixed-use, cultural, institutional, and residential projects in New York City and internationally.
A strategic owner’s representative with a strong architectural and design foundation and proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, provide guidance, and deliver high-value projects in challenging environments.
I am a licensed architect registered in the state of New York and a U.S. Army National Guard veteran.
What I do:
I work with organizations at many stages of project development—from early planning through active construction—often in situations requiring clear decision-making, coordination among multiple stakeholders, and alignment of scope, budget, and schedule.
When to call me:
Projects that are not yet clearly defined
Projects that have become difficult to manage or are off track
Projects with multiple stakeholders or public funding
Projects that need leadership but not a full-time hire
