Who I am:

• A senior development and capital project leader with 20+ years of experience delivering mixed-use, cultural, institutional, and residential projects in New York City and internationally.

• A strategic owner’s representative with a strong architectural and design foundation and proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, provide guidance, and deliver high-value projects in challenging environments.

• I am a licensed architect registered in the state of New York and a U.S. Army National Guard veteran.

What I do:

I work with organizations at many stages of project development—from early planning through active construction—often in situations requiring clear decision-making, coordination among multiple stakeholders, and alignment of scope, budget, and schedule.
